Djony a 17 ans, il vient tout juste d'arriver en France, à Rennes. Comme tous les mineurs isolés étrangers (MIE, selon l'application technocratique usuelle), il est amené jusqu'à la mission d'orientation "MIE" du conseil général. Cette mission existe depuis septembre pour améliorer la prise en charge de ces mineurs qui ont des problématiques spécifiques, nous annonçait le CG35 : les mineurs y sont placés en attendant une décision de justice ordonnant leur placement auprès deu CG, auquel cas ils rejoignent les autres mineurs isolés (étrangers ou français), pris en charge par l'aide sociale à l'enfance.
